Cline, the VS Code agent, works with any model in the catalogue through its OpenAI-compatible provider.
Set it up
- Open Cline’s settings (the gear icon) and choose the API provider OpenAI Compatible.
- Base URL:
https://autonomousrelay.com/v1 - API Key: an inference key from Keys in the dashboard.
- Model ID: the catalogue id, such as
anthropic/claude-sonnet-5. - Select Verify, then start a task. Each step Cline takes is one chat completion, so every one appears under Logs in the dashboard with what it cost and which provider served it.
Model configuration
Cline does not learn a model’s limits from the endpoint, so set them under Model Configuration from the model’s page in the catalogue: the context window, the maximum output tokens, image support, and the input and output prices if you want Cline’s cost estimates to match. Turn on computer use only for a model that supports tool calling.
